In tough economic times like these we are experiencing, employment relationships can become more difficult to manage. Both employees and employers are in survival mode. A business which fails to create an environment in which its employees are more productive will, in the end, negatively impact its own bottom line. Any negative impact on the bottom line prevents employers from expanding their businesses and creating more jobs.
